Red/Cream interior. Tipo 508B/20. Originally fitted with Tipo 128B-65B engine giving 220 bhp, but later updated to a Tipo 87B engine giving 245 bhp. Returned to Scaglietti's 8/57 for fitment of limited-slip differential and seat modifications. At sometime converted to a 1957/58 covered headlight nose. Now rebuilt to the properly shape nose. Larger than normal fuel tank(137 litres). No fuel guage, only a low-level indicator light. First car to be equipped with tipo 130 10 mm-lift camshafts. Lightest conrods of any TdF at 405 grams. After its racing career, the car was sold to an American living in France (an old Ferrari customer). The car was superbly maintained. It was stolen and sustained quite a lot of damage. It was later restored, and sold to a young man who crashed it into the Peugeot factory main wall, badly damaging it. The engine was removed and inserted in a Farina convertible.
